In the heart of Uptown Sedona, Sedona Story was established to play a starring role in sharing the substance and style of the vision of HSP (Health, Smile/Happiness and Peace) with Sedona residents and tourits. Ten-year Sedona resident, Ilchi Lee, articulated this vision, and encouraged others to create this business to reach out to Sedona’s 11,000 residents and 4 million tourists.

For the past 27 years, Ilchi Lee has dedicated his life to finding ways to develop the potental of the human brain. Brain Education, a mind-body training program that helps to unlock the brain’s true potential, is the primary fruit of his search. Through numerous programs for adults and children, many thousands of people have discovered a path to greater health, happiness , and peace.

Currently, Iichi Lee serves as the President of the University of Brain Education. Also, he is president of the Korea Institute of Brain Science (an NGO in consultative status with the UN) and the International Brain Education Association. His work as a peacemaker and educator has been widely recongnized, both in his native Korea and in the international community.

In addition, five other independent businesses in the Sedona area are aligned with Sedona Story in advancing the HSP vision. They include Mago Cafe, BR Clinic, Dahn Yoga Center, Institute of Human Technology, Sedona Mago Retreat Center, and Sedona Ki Meditation Tours.

Sedona Story is your friendly Resource Center. Its goal is to provide you with the necessary information and insights that will enable you to create your own Sedona Story.

With a unique combination of refreshments, gifts, art work, hands-on healing, Internet-access, and heartful Sedona information – let us help you cultivate an inviting, interactive and inspirational experience.

About Sedona

Sedona, a land of timeless beauty, is a wonderful Southwest vacation destination – rich in geology, nature, history, archaeology, art, and personalities.
Among the Sedona’s treasures are dramatic natural red-rock landmarks with their vortex energy – including Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Boynton Canyon, Airport Mesa, and Sedona Mago Retreat Center. They enhance Sedona as an ideal place for healing, meditating, and learning about yourself.

For more than a millennium, Native American tribes have regarded the Sedona area as sacred. These days many people seeking deeper life meaning and connection are drawn here. Sedona is the ideal gateway for you to make a deeper connection with Nature and with your true nature.

About Vortices

It the mid-1960s, NASA discovered an earth wave that helped digestion, cure diseases and related problems during the astronauts’ flights. They are similar to what people experience in their brain during very deep meditation.
A vortex is where the earth-waves come out very strongly. The meaning of the vortex comes from its spiral shape, so named because the earth-wave in these locations form a spiral. There are two types of vortexes: one is electric (yang) and the other magnetic (yin).

The Earth contains 21 major vortexes, and five are in Sedona. The energy field coming from each vortex is connected with other vortexes and it covers the entire Sedona area. For those who are attracted to this invisible power, Sedona yields a very strong experience.

In Sedona the electric vortexes are Bell Rock and Airport Mesa. The magnetic vortex is Cathedral Rock. Combined magnetic and electric vortexes are Boynton Canyon and Sedona Mago Retreat Center. Sedona Mago Retreat Center is a place where the energy of 12 small vortexes combines harmoniously. Thus, it is an ideal location for healing, meditation and learning.

We also have vortexes in our body. Just like earth-waves which come in and go out through the Earth’s vortices. life energy moves through our body’s vortexes. When you have a good understanding of vortexes in your body, you are ready to communicate more fully with the energy in Sedona. Then, you can experience the real Sedona.

We are ready to guide you on your unique journey in Sedona and inside yourself.
